I got my period today.
It was really heavy.
So heavy in fact, in the past two weeks leading up to it, I've gained 3.4 pounds.
That is all.
Show's over people.

"When I buy cookies I eat just four and throw the rest away. But first I spray them with Raid so I won't dig them out of the garbage later. Be careful though, because that Raid really doesn't taste that bad." ~Janette Barber

Phew, that is no big deal
At least it is over....
When these plateaus happened to me I tried to exercise 5 minutes longer every day and it always seemed to snap my body out of it...sometimes I didn't add the time, I would just try to sweat 5% more - (impossible to know the difference from 5% or 50%) but you get the idea...
I always had to find new ways to get my body on board... a smaller fork or plate, new kind of treat earlier dinner...but the one constant key always was - PRAY. Heavenly Father has all sorts of good ideas.
This is YOUR year!
Carrot can do hard things!
(How does one motivate without seeming annoying? I have no idea...I am starting to bug myself)
Time for a vacation! Come visit me and I will serve you old food you won't want to eat. Ignore that time post at the bottom of my post. Move along here people. Nothing to see.
But really, The Savior didn't waste one minute on anyone's past. It's over and done with. He wants us to move on, look to the future and be better. Wow. I am so inspiring I am rededicating myself to losing weight. :)
This happens to me all the time. Don't throw in the towel yet, wait till you're back to yourself and you'll see results again. Keep on keep'n on!
I agree with Calamity Jane--you can do it. (I think her advice is great.
Hang in there.
Oh Carrot, I saw you leg lifting like a champion. I witnessed your new role as a paragon of self-control when it comes to yummy food. I verified that you've outgrown your "fat" pants because you're ready for a new size and a new stage in life.
YOU ARE NOT A QUITTER! You can do this.
I never say this but I do love you and want you to succeed in all things including your battle with the scale.
Good luck at camp!
